The Meaning Of Barry

OK While I was looking back at comments for P4A and watching some youtube videos I missed over the last couple of weeks. I thought is there a meaning behind my name.

I found three different meanings from three different countries.

In Wales My name means - The Son Of Harry.

In Ireland My name means - A Spear or Marksman

While in France it means - Gate or Fence

Which I found surprising.

Thought I'll share that with you.

Christmas Happenings (Presents & Television)

Hey guys

I hoped everyone had a good christmas a couple days ago.

I got a few things for christmas which were 3 blu-rays (Wall-E, Hancock and Futurama: Bender's Game) Family Guy DVD which was cool, Malteresers Big Box, 15 pound Game Gift Card and Guitar Hero World Tour On The Wii. I loved all the presents

Now onto Christmas Television the programmes I wanted to watch were Doctor Who (The Next Doctor) and Wallace & Gromit (A Matter Of Loaf & Death). Now I thought Doctor Who was brillant and is the best christmas special that has been done since it came back in 2005. I wont talk about it anymore just in case people from outside from the UK read this. Now Wallace & Gromit was also very good but at first I kinda hated it but after some thoughts I thought it was really good.

OK thats all for now.

Favourite Xmas Song and Favourite Xmas Parody Episode

Hey everyone

Today is Christmas Eve and I just remembered about my favourite Christmas song and favourite Christmas episode.

My favourite Christmas song of all time is from The Pogues & Kirsty Maccoll (RIP) which is called Fairytale In New York. Wonderful song.

My favourite Christmas Episode from the Internet comes from LittleKuriboh which he did back in 2006. This is the funniest thing I have ever seen for a christmas special.

I heard Littlekuriboh is working on another one for this year. If it comes I will edited this entry to include it.

I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Im looking forward to Doctor Who + Wallace & Gromit.

Im off to watch Two Pints Of Lager & A Packet Or Crisps.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Project For Awesome Aftermath (Surprises & Global Feature)

Hey everyone

Sorry to do another entry talking about the Project For Awesome but I felt like expressing how I feel about the whole experience.

I feel it was one of the best things I have ever done on Youtube. It is something for a good cause. I think that everyone who did a video for the Project for Awesome should be proud of themselves because it is something good to do before christmas.

I was really shocked by being on the global page yesterday. Even though I was number 11 but getting onto the global page is amazing. My family were surprised by this as well. I mentioned it on Facebook and some friends congratulated me. It is my 3rd feature in 3 months which is something I thought would never happen in a million years. I find life amazing.

I would like to thank the Vlogbrothers again for setting up the Project for Awesome and choosing my video to go onto the global front page yesterday.

Right Im off if I dont write another entry before the 25th I wish you all Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year

Bye

Project For Awesome 2008 - National Autistic Society

Hello Everyone

It is the 17th of December 2008. Today is the Project of Awesome Day that was started last year by John & Hank Green (Vlogbrothers). I took part last year to do the National Autistic Society as my chosen charity. This year I have chosen the same charity which is very important and close to my heart.

National Autistic Society champion the rights and interests of all people with autism and aim to provide individuals with autism and their families with help, support and services that they can access, trust and rely upon and which can make a positive difference to their lives.

Why am I supporting the National Autistic Society?

The reason I am supporting it is because when I was three years old was diagnosed with Autism and went to special schools that they were outside of mainstream schooling. The Charity was able to give my family some real help on how to deal with me if I was acting strange to other people or to my family.

The National Autistic Society gave out a lot of help to people who have autism who were wondering what to do within society.

Why should people donate to the National Autistic Society?

The reason people should donate is because so then the NAS would try to find ways to help people who have autism to find a way to integrate into mainstream society.

In the past I used to post my own videos on here and then stopped because it was annoying people which is understandable but for today it is an important charity to me so I will be posting my Project For Awesome Video on this blog entry.

I hope everyone today looks at every single Project For Awesome video that comes out over the next couple of days, I know I will. I will leave a comment and rate them 5 stars because I know that every single charity is made of awesome.

PROJECT FOR AWESOME FTW.

I will do a normal entry around tomorrow.

Bye for now

Jenga

Hey everyone

I have gotten into the christmas spirit with different types of games. I have spoken about computer games and I watched a couple of videos from Mememolly and Frezned, where they were playing Jenga. This made me go out and buy Jenga because I couldnt find mine, its in a box somewhere I cant be bothered to find it.

Jenga according to Wikipedia is

"a game of physical and mental skill, marketed by Hasbro, in which players remove blocks from a tower and put them on top. The word jenga is derived from kujenga, the Swahili verb "to build"; jenga! is the imperative form."

I think this is a really fun game that should be bought for christmas if you are bored.

Hasbro Web Link to Jenga

OK I will leave you on the videos by Mememolly and Frezned.

Have a good sunday

WoolWorths (RIP) and Life/Classroom Experience

Hey everyone

I felt really sad over the last couple of weeks to find out the store Woolworths is closing down forever. I was really shocked to hear about the news of the store shutting down because they have gone into administration because it is seriously in debt.

My memories of going to Woolies was brillant. Going to the Pick & Mix when it was really cheap and getting the best toys where it was different from other high street stores. I got some dvds at really good prices there when I got older and when I moved down to the South Coast from London. I had a woolworths which is 2 minute walk away from me and now it is going and makes me sad.

RIP - Woolworths.

OK onto the second topic I was talking to Sam (Samcaplat on Youtube) and we were talking about experiences with education and life. Now Sam told me about leaving college because he found it really too easy and needed a challenge. He now works with his mate repairing cars which is I think it is Vehicle mechanics level 2 which he mentioned. He thought college wasnt up to scratch for him. He found out that working and learning outside of College a more of a challenge.

I sometimes found out that I have a better grasp for learning when it is outside of the classroom whether its about money, looking for work and how to deal with real life situations whether it is a relationship or how to do some gardening if you have a garden. But I will admit University was brillant for me to help build some confidences when doing projects and how to give speeches to other people in the room with full confidence.

I think going outside in the real world can be a better experience than what you learn in the classroom but there are times that you need a classroom to give you knowledge otherwise you get really lazy which happens to me some of the time. But it does depend on what your goals are in life otherwise you will always be stuck in square one.

Anyway have a good weekend everyone.

Speak to you later.

Facebook Games - Geo Challenge

I have gotten back into the habit of playing games on Facebook which is really cool. I have been trying to play Geo Challenge which you have to find out the nation flags, know what country it is and where is a certain place in the world. I find this game very challenging plus you learn something in the process.

It took me a while but I was able to beat one of my friends scores and it wasn't easy.

Have to tip my hat to Facebook for creating brillant games. If you got Facebook check them out.

Catching Up On Youtube, Twitter is fun again and Old Classic Computer Games FTW

To be honest I enjoyed doing that short blog entry I did yesterday and prove to be fun so I may do more short blogs to show whats going on and plus it would be like a diary.

1) I was away from my youtube account over the weekend to give a break. Its nice to do every now and then. I am catching up on my subscriptions and it is difficult.

2) The other week I said that Twitter had been distracting and good news is while giving a bit of rest from Twitter it has made me feel alive again which is brillant.

3) I was playing on the Wii and I remember the old games I downloaded from Nintendo store and played a couple of games which were Streets Of Rage II and Super Mario World.

Super Mario World (Game)

Streets Of Rage II - This advert is really funny.

Thats all for now.

Little Shorts - (Computer Games, N33L3SH, Star Wars and Jazza Aka RhymingWithOranges)

This is not a proper entry but will do one later in the week.

1) I can't stop thinking about Computer Games maybe its because it is Christmas and they come out with top titles for half price which is awesome. I have bought 5 games like that in the last couple of weeks. Which I mentioned on my twitter and in one of my previous entries.

2) I met up with N33L3SH for the first time yesterday and it was a quick meeting but it was fun. We are now following each other on Twitter. May talk to him again on MSN when I get on there.

3) I have been watching Star Wars over the last couple of days and its nice to see. How the old trilogy totally kicks the new trilogy's butt. It was down to how the films were made and the stories within each one. Well George Lucas isn't the best story teller in the film industry.

4) I was reading Rhymingwithoranges Blog around 30 minutes ago. I agree with him on a couple of points he mentioned like I don't like to ask people to subscribe there were a couple of times I did that but realised it wasnt my way and that it was very unkind to ask people to subscribe. The second point is about vlogging where in the past It was very easy for me to do that but it gets a bit tricky now. It is because I was eager at first to do them but now the butterfiles had gone and its not so exciting to do a vlog. I still love doing them.

RhymingWithOranges Blog
- Its a good read.

Will do a proper entry later this week.

Brillant Monday - PS3 Games and Will Smith

Now yesterday was one of the best days I had in a very long time. Now I was checking through my e-mail and got something from Play.com and they were doing their usual deal of the day type things and I was looking around the site and found a Mega Monday Deals for computer games and I found Saints Row 2, Shaun White's Snowboarding and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for 17.99 each which is brillant. That is the best deal I have seen for Playstation 3 games so far as they aint normally cheap in the shops.

Saints Row 2 Trailer

Star Wars The Force Unleashed Trailer

Shaun White Snowboarding Commerical Trailer

OK after that my family invited me to come along London for the day. Now I didnt have enough money to go up to London and they said they would lend me the money which was cool plus they needed my help later on in the day.

So we left West Sussex and headed up London to Bond Street where we went to Selfridges to look around the Televisions, Computer Equipment and HMV which was cool. I felt I wanted to look around some of London by myself.

During the 2 hours away, I met Will Smith

OK it wasnt the real Will Smith but it was done with green screen and it was free. I went into Zavvi Store in Tottenham Court Road, London and they were doing some promotion for the Hancock DVD/Blu-Ray release which was brillant. I have asked my mate Arron to get me the film for Christmas. Now I have seen Hancock before when I went on holiday over the summer in Newquay. Well I didnt see it in Newquay, I saw it in Truro if you must know. I thought it was a great film. It was really cool not the best film I saw this year but a good film that reminds me of Old School Will Smith when he first starring in films like Bad Boys and Men In Black.

OK here comes the reason why my family wanted me to come up to London with them. They wanted to see the Macbooks because they are thinking about buying one. I was thinking "WHAT???", I did think that. It is now between either buying a Playstation 3 or a Macbook which my parents are thinking about. Crazy isn't it but really great.

OK to finish on something completely different.

MEG Car Meeting in Brighton

Hey Guys Its Barry Here

OK before I begin todays entry now the 5 albums thing has now turned into 10 favourite albums which it was really hard to decide on 5.

Anyway I have gone out today in the afternoon down to Brighton Maderia Drive near the Brighton Marina to a Ford Mondeo Meet Up which you had to own a Ford Mondeo which my mate John has.

So my mate came to my home and my Dad wanted to look at his car especially his engine and looked really cool. My Dad knew more about car engines than me which was really cool. Anyway It was around 2 O'clock, we decided to head down to Brighton where we met up with the other Mondeo owners and it was cool to see what they done to their cars.

Here's pictures of what happened today.

Well Im glad I went to this event today. Thanks John.

Have a good one everyone

Monty Python (I Still Love It) + Having a good time.

Now I know I talked about Monty Python in one of my past blogs but I love it to bits so much, I know its very conversational at times but I try not to laugh at them jokes and move on from it.

Now some of its best jokes from the first two series are featured in the film "And now something completely different...." which was really cool unless you got the series of Flying Circus which then theres no need to see the film.

I watched Holy Grail for the first time ever which I mentioned the other day that I watched some of it and now I have watched the whole film and its now one of my favourite films of all time. Hooray.

Speaking about the five favourite albums I have now reached 5 albums now which is fantastic news.

I will do this as a blog entry probably tomorrow or Monday depending on what mood I am in.

The five albums are
1) 2Pac - Me Against The World
2) Immortal Technique - Revolutionary Vol II
3) Kanye West - The College Dropout
4) Chamillionaire - The Sound Of Revenge
5) Oasis - Whats The Story...... Morning Glory???

Have a good day everyone

Sarcasm - I think I get it now! + Tag Game Update

My mum came into my room yesterday, as she was talking to me she looked at my computer screen and said sarkie bitch. I said what he’s being nice.

She laughed and said 'Do you remember the other day when you said ‘I’ve earned 65 dollars on you tube’ and I said ‘deep joy thirty quid hope it was worth all the crap’ anyway you said ‘more like forty pounds with the way the pound is at the moment’. And I said I sure all the people losing their jobs, will take comfort that your a tenner better off. You said WHAT and I said that’s sarcasm look it up.

So I thought I would this is what I found.

  • Remarks that mean the opposite of what they say and are intended to mock or deride.
  • Mocking or ironic language intended to convey scorn or insult.

Anyway I think I get it. This was the best example I could find is king of sarcasm, Basil Fawlty, said when Mrs Richards complains about the view of Torquay: "What did you expect to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically...?"

Being a big user of sarcasm my mum told me the best way to deal with sarcastic people is to pretend you don’t understand, if someone gives a backhand compliment thank them it really pisses them off.

Right before you guys say 'hey you said you weren't going to do any more videos for a while' now I have been tagged 3 times for the wrong hand drawing tag game by John, Sam and Tom Milsom and will do a video on that today. The way I feel at the moment it maybe a while before I do another video but who knows because I can change my mind and its up to me.

Im still thinking about my 5 albums got lots to go through but I have chosen two already and its giving me good memories.

Have a good weekend everyone

My Turn Point + 5 Albums I would listen to (Think)

Hey everyone

Its Barry Aldridge here.

I have been thinking about a lot of things going on with life in general. I was thinking to myself that sometimes people need time away from the whole thing. Now yesterday I saw a couple of videos from DMclean1989 and MetallicaMatt saying they are taking time out of youtube. I maybe thinking the same way now I got a lot going on at the moment. Family pressures and I have gotten lazy which I shouldnt do at my age. I know its crazy but it is true.

At the moment I dont have the stamina to do anymore videos for the moment. PJ send me an intro today which Im thankful he did but It made me realise that Im going to stick to the same formula because it works for me, I dont need gimmicks or anything else lol, I like being myself and if anyone else doesn't like it TOUGH SHIT.

I may do video next week but Im not in the right frame of mind and not enjoying the Youtube experience. Even though I had a brillant time on BlogTV the other night where everybody turned up. May see you on saturday for the gathering but because of the state Im in, not sure that I would enjoy myself. Im hoping everyone has a great time if I aint going to be there.

Now I was reading Dave's blog (Musicfromblueskies) and Alex's Diary (Nerimon) have picked out their five favourite albums and I may do this as a blog entry because it is an interesting question.

Have a good evening everyone going back to watch Monty Python Flying Circus and Im up to series 3 and loving it.

Bye

Jak & Daxter, Sam & Max, Update and Youtube Stuff

Hey everyone thought I would do a blog today as it made me think of old games again and this time for the Playstation 2.

I was playing Jak & Daxter which is a brillant made by the same people who brought out Crash Bandicoot and their latest game series Uncharted for the Playstation 3.

I loved this game so much, one of my favourites from the Playstation 2 era which is still going on.

Now one of the things about the game that it is very similar to some of the platformers but I love the way the game comes out it is brillant family game. Im more into these type of games plus the Fifas, GTA (Which I was in the past), Metal Gear Solid.

Now it is nice to play a family game like this that is original around 2001. Now I love playing these games a lot, now when it came to the second game Jak II: Renegade. The makers of the franchandise were very smart that their target audience or original audience have gotten older and made the game a bit more for teeangers which was an excellent move and moved it to another level. I wasnt a fan of the second game, so I never bought the third game but I did hear it was a brillant game to end their series on.

Here's a trailer to Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy -

I was also thinking back to another old game I used to play years ago then they came out with a new title just last year called Sam & Max. The best comedy police computer game characters ever. The creators of this game were fantastic. I havent played this but it is truly awesome.

Here's a clip from Sam & Max Hit The Road which is the intro.

I will play Sam & Max again one day.

OK onto Update now in Monday's entry I said that Ian's latest video called "When Two Worlds Collide" should get featured and that I send off an e-mail to Jamie telling him about the video.

Well good news is that Jamie did reply to my e-mail about this issue and will check it out. I can not promise that this would get the feature but at least my e-mail worked for the moment. But I hope it does give Ian (iianrando) his featured spot on the front page whether it is UK or eslewhere.

OK Finally there is a lot of talk and videos about the new Youtube Widescreen. Now I dont see a big problem with this. I aint going to lie, I think this is brillant but the only thing that is missing is making optional that you can view a video either in 4:3 (Regular) or 16:9 (Widescreen) which is the only complaint I have. Im not going to make a video about this because I know a hundred people will do this eventually.

I thought Alex Day's letter to Youtube video was excellent to raise awareness that most people would be afraid to speak their minds about. I think Youtube should try to talk to their audience a bit. I love how Lexx used them to name them which is great.

I dont see a big problem with this Widescreen like I said accept to making it optional on how you view the videos thats all.

Right Im done now. I dont think the Youtube thing will die down quickly but I rather it did to be honest, I think it could be an excellent thing in the long run. I think people are afraid of change thats why with the uproar.

Right I am seriously done now.

Bye

The Weekend, The video that should be featured and Classic Games

Hey everyone Im back after a great weekend out and about plus watching Monty Python Marathon which was totally brillant.

I went into Brighton to do some christmas shopping and great news is that I was able to finish it off. Which I cant tell you what I got them because my family and friends do read my blog every now and then. It was really cool and I AM SO GLAD I HAVE FINISHED IT A MONTH BEFORE (Sorry for the caps but I am glad tbh). Over the weekend I had my cousin come around which was cool he bought around his puppy which was awesome and very active. We watched Monty Python and Scrubs and it was really cool.

Now on sunday it was cool that I watched Star Wars Episode III Revenge Of The Sith and it was a really good film not as good as the original trilogy which will never be beaten. It was a really dark film which had me in chills at times.

I found a youtube clip where they put the clips together of Obi-Wan Vs Anakin fight.

OK I haven't seen a well done video like this in a long time and I think I can relate to this video in certain ways. It was made by iianardo (Ian) who is a fantastic guy and makes brillant funny videos but this serious one he put up on Saturday is one of the best videos I have ever seen on Youtube. I have contacted the UK Editor to get this featured. Why not check it out.

OK finally I have been looking at my old games for my Xbox (Yes Xbox). Now I dont like the Xbox 360 because of the tricky controllers which I find hard to control. Now I was playing them over the last couple of days. Including Star Wars Revenge Of The Sith which I watched over the weekend. I played Shadow the Hedgehog and my personal favourite Psychonauts.

Here is a trailer to Psychonauts which is a brillant game.

I tried to play Jak & Daxter on my PS3 but it kept on crashing which sucked but will try again later on.

Its nice to play old games every now and then.

I started to watch Monty Python and The Holy Grail for the first time and I think it is a brillant film. Why didnt I watch it years ago its totally brillant. I love the Black Knight sketch which is really funny and I have found the clip.

Thats it for now.

Have a great night everyone.

Little Big Planet = Fantastic & Wordley Productions

Little Big Planet...... I love this game, it is totally brillant. It is one of the best games I have on the Playstation 3. The graphics are wonderful and it is really funny to play. I found out that Stephen Fry does do the voice-overs of the narrator.

BUY LITTLE BIG PLANET.

OK onto the second topic - Wordley Productions ok I know I said I wasn't interested in doing advert. anyway i wrote to them saying this and they wrote back saying i didn't have to do car ones and said I should read the other scripts and that they wanted me to have a go because they still wanted me to take part. I talked to them on the phone and they gave me a good synposis of what they wanted and I decided to take part. I did a few and sent them off. They said they like them and told me a few other youtubers are doing some as well. I've sent off all the paper work this morning. If nothing comes of it's a new experience and I never thought I would have opportunity to take part in a commercial.

I got the Monty Python boxset this morning HOORAY, my mum said I would have to wait until my birthday and I told her ---

Right Im off now to watch Monty Python's Flying Circus Series/Season 1, I heard its got the famous Lumberjack song in this series/season.

Bye Guys, have a good weekend, next blog entry will be next week.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno (Review) and Cheap places to get stuff

Hey Guys

I had a brillant day yesterday with my mate Arron. One of the things we did yesterday was to go and see "Zack and Miri Make a Porno" at the Brighton Odeon Cinema. I was first told about this from Jason Mewes when I went to a convention back in June which was cool. The good thing is that it is outside of the Jay & Silent Bob universe, which they need a rest for a while.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno

Now the film is written, edited and directed by Kevin Smith. I regard Kevin Smith as one of the greatest filmmakers in this generation. He knows how to write a good story with some offensive remarks without going too far. Kevin Smith is famous for being a Writer, Director and playing Silent Bob in the Jay & Silent Bob Universe. Now I was excited to see this and the same with my mate Arron.

I will admit I had high expectations seeing this film like I said Kevin Smith does things that are incredible and make you want to watch his films.

Here's a short summary of the film

"Monroeville, Pennsylvania roommates Zack Brown (Seth Rogen) and Miriam "Miri" Linky (Elizabeth Banks), who've been friends since the first grade, are facing hard times and a mountain of debt. Miri works at the local shopping mall and Zack works at a coffee shop, but they are so inundated with unpaid bills that their water gets turned off right before their high school reunion. At the reunion, Miri attempts to seduce her attractive former schoolmate Bobby Long (Brandon Routh), while Zack strikes up a conversation with Brandon St. Randy (Justin Long), who reveals that he is a gay porn star, as is his boyfriend Bobby Long.

After returning home from the reunion, the apartment's electricity is turned off. Inspired by both the cultural mainstreaming of porn and the successful viral video that a coffee shop patron shot of Miri in a state of undress, Zack convinces Miri to film a pornographic movie together to make money.

Gathering a group of acquaintances and hired crew, they decide to film a Star Wars parody film called Star Whores. Their coworker, Delaney (Craig Robinson), who is made the producer, initially rents filming equipment and a building to use as a studio. But when they return the next day to begin filming, the group arrives to see the building being demolished, along with the equipment inside. They are told that that the man that rented it to them had run off with the money. Remembering that their boss threatened to install hidden video surveillance, Zack finds it to replace their lost filming equipment. Zack decides to instead film a new movie, Swallow My Cockuccino at the shop using the surveillance camera."

Now does the film push the envelope and the answer is Yes. Kevin Smith can create some of the most grossest scenes in a film but make them really funny for you to watch. Now the traditional lots of cursing is included in the film. I felt the performances of the whole cast were really cool especially Seth Rogen playing Zack who comes with some of the funniest lines plus Craig Robinson who played Delaney was a legend which I could stop at his characters approach on different people.

Jason Mewes (Who is known to play as Jay) and Jeff Anderson (Known to play Randall in Clerks 1 & 2 and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back) are also included to play parts which is cool. To me they didnt play the strongest characters in the film but it is good to see them in this film.

Now it had a really solid beginning which I mentioned in the Italics above which I found really funny and one of the brightest points within the film. This gives the main character ideas to do the porno in the first place. I felt it had a really good plot for the film not the best storyline that Kevin has written but it was really good.

Ok the bad points were that at times I felt the film had strayed a bit especially at the end of the film. It was trying to create what happened in Clerks 2 but slightly different. There were a couple of times I wanted to get sick but luckily though I didnt.

There is a bit of Nudity both Male and Female Nudity so it is mixed.

I felt the film was really good but I felt the ending was a bit rushed but it was well done.

I would give the film 4 stars out of 5. It was lot better than Jersey Girl the other film that was outside the Jay & Silent Bob Universe.

Cheap places to find Cheap DVDs, CDs and Games without using E-Bay.

Now I had a few friends asking where I do get stuff from cheap without using E-Bay, now Arron introduced me to these sites years ago. Now I will say they are UK sites sadly.

You can search for anything and compare prices from many different stores including Amazon, HMV, Zavvi, GAME and many more. Its totally brillant.

Now here are the sites

Cheap DVD Compare Site
Cheap CD Compare Site
Cheap Game Compare Site

I know there are other sites where you can get American, Canadaian or other currencies but not so sure at the moment.

FINALLY

Little Big Planet Has Come, Doctor Who (Series 4), Monty Python and Tim Westwood

Hooray Little Big Planet has come through the post which is fantastic and brillant.

I will start playing it later today once I have finished the day with my mate Arron. He hasnt answered his phone but I hope he will later on.

Right Little Big Planet has been a big talk for months saying its one of the best games to come out on the Playstation 3. Now there is a lot of press on the game which is really cool. The other month it ran into problems because it had music that linked to the Q'uran. So good news is that it didn't delay for a while. So I will be playing it later on.

Now on the agenda Doctor Who Series 4 came yesterday which is brillant, I got it for £2.50 which is awesome. Thank goodness for the 50 pound gift voucher when I took part in a forum back in June and used it for Doctor Who Series 4.

My favourite episodes of Series 4 were The Silence In The Library, Forest of The Dead, Midnight, Stolen Earth and Journey's End. The Worst Episode was The Unicorn and The Wasp (Which it is also Alex Day's worst episode as well) Bring on the Christmas special indeed.

Next I am so glad that Monty Python has a Youtube Channel now. It got featured on the front page that they are sick and tired of people uploading clips onto the Youtube. Glad now it has its own channel Hooray.

This is a sketch called "The Lumberjack Song from the Hollywood Bowl"

My other favourite is the "Ministry of Silly Walks" which John Cleese used later on in Fawlty Towers Episode "The Germans"

It is what the Mighty Boosh could be if it was done in Sketches form and if it had canned/audience laughter.

MONTHY PHYTON FTW.

I cant stop watching this clip from Westwood TV where Tim Westwood scores a goal and loses his shoe in the process.

I Love Dogs and Wordley Productions

I went to the Dogs Home In Shoreham today which was really cool. It made me want to get a dog. They all look really awesome to own. Hooray.

Jack Russell could be an option to get, I love them.

OK I can explain about Wordley Productions that I got an e-mail from a week ago about them putting me in a commerical. Now last Thursday I got an e-mail from Stephen who works for Wordley Productions telling me that they saw my UK Featured video and asked me if I wanted to do a clip to promote Confused.com. I asked for more information, then six days later Stephen got back to me with a sample script and found out it to do a commerical for Car Insurance which I found surprising. I have decided not to do it because 1) I dont have a car 2) I dont Drive and 3) I dont care about Car Insurance.

Thats all for now.

Beach Boys, Kevin Smith Is A God & Featured Again

OK Yesterday evening was unbelieveable.

OK Mhazz had put her twitter yesterday that she liked the Beach Boys and put down as reply to her that I never heard of the Beach Boys. Now this is caused an uproar on Twitter which I found really funny and I am being Truthful when I say this "I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE BEACH BOYS" sorry for the caps but I am being truthful.

Now Dave from Blue Skies was really surprised by me saying that. Mhazz went and said :0 (x 12) as a reply meaning surprised/shocked. Now lucky though Dave From Blue Skies, Beth and Rosc shown me some videos of the beach boys.

Dave also gave a message within his tweet to me which I found brillant which said "it's also a message from youtube, to you!" which was really sweet and I understood what he meant with the song.

The Beach Boys - God Onlys Knows (Brian sings lead) - This is a great song

Then Beth showed me a song that I thought the Monkees sang instead of the Beach Boys. Its called Surfing USA

Now Rosc showed a song which I heard for the first time this morning. Its called Wouldn't It Be Nice.

OK I heard of the Beach Boys Now OK. Not a big fan to be honest but I like the track that Dave send me over twitter. Thanks guys for teaching me the history of the Beach Boys.

OH YES Kevin Smith is a God for real, I know this is an old video but he deals with this hater really well.

The question the large breasted man asks is:

"Do you ever plan on making an original movie without rehashing any of your old characters that doesn't suck?"

and see how Kevin responds it is classic.

Kevin Smith is a genius at filmmaking, writing and doing speeches. One of the finest people I have ever seen.

OK Finally I woke up this morning and I was checking on the statistics and data for my latest video "Barry Asks (6)" and I looked in shock that I have been featured in Australia, Canada and New Zealand Youtube Front Pages.

OH MY GOD?? I was just recovering from my UK Feature and now I got this. Unbelieveable. I never thought this would happen either. The good news is that I aint got any hate comment accept for one for this triple feature. So that makes it 4 front page features. I never thought I would get featured again this quickly and especially outside of the UK. I dont think it do as well as the "Why Did I Join Youtube?" Video but it doesnt matter. Im glad to get featured again really quickly. Thanks for the nice comments if you left one.

Thats all today. Peace Out.

Top Gear, Why I Like Littlekuriboh and Looking Back at Youtube Experience

Hey Guys

How is everyone? Im good today, this is going to be a long post just to warn you.

Now at the moment I am watching some old Top Gear stuff which is really awesome. I got quite a few DVDs which include looking into flashy cars and the guys doing challenges. At the moment Im watching them doing the Winter Olympics they did back in 2006, its a special episode which had them doing special challenges which is one of my favourite dvds. The only problem was that it only goes on for an hour but it aint about how long it goes on for, its about how the hour is done and its really well done.

Now one of my favourite segments of Top Gears was Caravan Conkers which so funny and brillant here's a video - Top Gear - Caravan Conkers

Plus I love this lap done by Ian Wright, its so funny

Now I am proud of the latest youtube video I had uploaded about what was your first subscription on Youtube. Mine was Littlekuriboh like I said in the video he does Yu-Gi Oh parody episodes which are the funniest thing I have seen on the Internet its truly brillant stuff. Sadly his account got suspended last summer, but I know he has a secret channel on Youtube but I will not tell you.

Here is his Journal - LittleKuriboh's Journal

Good News is before Littlekuriboh lost his channel, he created a website for the Series - Yu-Gi Oh: The Abridged Series

Heres my favourite and first episode I ever watched of the series (Episode 14)

Right onto the final part of this entry and its about my experience within Youtube. On the 20th of November 2008 it will be my 1st Youtube Birthday with the BarryAldridge account and some of you will know I have been on Youtube for a lot longer if I knew Littlekuriboh account because it got suspended two months before I started it. Anyway Im quite surprised with what I have achieved with the first year of the BarryAldridge account.

1) I never thought that Channel Recommendations would be a success to people, I thought it was going to fuck up in my face. People like them and they want a recommendation which is incredible
2) I thought the gathering I held last Christmas was going to be hard and it was but glad I did it. I wanted to commit suicide days after and I dont know why. But at least I dealt with the situation in my own way.
3) I never thought I would go to different places within the UK which include Manchester and Bristol for gatherings which they both went really well.
4) I never thought I would take part in a Talk With Dave on BBC's Upstaged which I thought it was a practical joke at first setup by the BBC but it was real. I saw the final interview and thought it was really funny 15 minutes after I done it.
5) I never thought I would go to the Youstage Gathering for a day and have some fun.
6) I never thought I would worry others back at Youstage when I slept in a hammock for a couple of hours then first people I saw was Laura (Laurbubble) and Tom (Randomprodinc)
7) I never thought I would reach a 1000 subscribers and become a Youtube Partner on the same day back in May.
8) I never thought that my RUN-DMC dancing to "Its Tricky" would catch on to people and find it funny.
9) I never thought I would be chatting to people on Skype, Stickam and MSN.
10) I never thought I could cause a storm with my "Barry Aldridge Secrets" Video and people finding it funny.
11) I never thought I would enjoy being happy at certain times when chatting to youtubers like Blade376 on Stickam.
12) I never thought that youtubers like Charlieissocoollike, Vlogbrothers, CorporalCadet etc would like my videos that I post on Youtube.
13) I never thought I would get to 2000 subscribers a month before my first anniversary of the BarryAldridge account
13) I never thought I would get onto the front page of UK Youtube for my video "Why Did I Join Youtube?"
14) I never thought I could friends with a lot of people within the Internet because I have trouble making friends in the past.
15) I never thought I would have a Barry Aldridge Drinking Game invented at all. The game was invented by Froghandi. Thanks Rory. Even though I dont drink at all.
16) I never thought I would do a review of Alex Day's EP Nermaina and people actually liking the review plus Alex sending me a facebook comment saying thanks.
17) Finally I never thought I would last longer than 6 months with my BarryAldridge account on Youtube.

Now after the 20th I will be doing a video to explain what I may do for the future and thinking about life in general which is the idea. I am going down a bit of serious route lately on my Youtube videos, I feel sillyness can be fun as well but sometimes if you are trying to do some variety stuff you need to have a balance otherwise you are stuck doing the same thing all the time. I think you should the sillyness when you are best happy and not when you are down and out.

I watched a video the other day from DigitilSoul who talked about Satisfaction. I will say the video is 8 minutes long but I believe this stuff to be true.

He made a lot of sense, that you know you have to be happy if you want to achieve your best. He also mentions that things do change and you have to be happy. He is very happy with his life and I feel I should be in that situation now. He said its best to achieve what you can. Its best to focus on what you are doing. He made sense that its best to focus on number 1 without leaving your mark.

He believes that there are people like Renetto, Blunty3000 started Youtube. He knows that Youtube will change that at one point that. One minute that it could be Smosh on top then suddenly people would rather watch Fred. Things dont stay the same forever and I think its best to focus on your own goals

I agree with him that you will not be remembered for years to come. I dont want to be remembered in the future. I rather when I die that I am a whisper in the wind, I think if I become famous I would be crashed and my spirit would be destroyed so I am glad that I aint in that position. I know some of you would be thinking Im talking shit but years ago I would love the fame but nowadays I'm glad that I made myself happy, I made my family with the achievements and I made my friends happy with the things I am doing either on the Internet or IRL.

I will do a video focusing on this and maybe a bit more.

Take it easy everyone

Randomness = Brillance and James Bond

God I love randomness on the Internet. I think randonmess is always cool on the Internet. Its because I watched a video from JohnnyDurham19. Hes one of my favourite youtubers.

He did something that was totally random. Check it out

Turned out he responded to the Disneykid1, as he did this.

Thats what makes me love the Internet. Its totally Indepedent and you can do whatever you want. It reminds me of the Mighty Boosh the comedy show which goes over the top with its randomness. Randomness FTW.

I know the new Bond film came out over a week and I have been listening to the Old James Bond Themes over the last couple of days including Licence to Kill by Gladys Knight which is my favourite one.

Licence To Kill aint my favourite Bond film its actually between Goldfinger (1964) and Live And Let Die (1973). I also liked The Spy Loved Me.

Thats all for now.

Nothing Lasts Forever But Have Fun With It

Hey everyone.

I got some good news that JoJo (JCtotheG) got her Youtube T-shirt yesterday morning for winning the competition I held a month ago. I was told that she was happy about getting it and wore it into town which was great news. YEAH made me happy.

Im nearly finished watching 3rd Rock From The Sun and It made me think that everything has to come to an end one day. Everything cant stay the same forever, life has to go on. You cant stay in the position all the time otherwise it gets boring. I mean I wont be staying on Youtube forever for example. I am having fun but I remember talking with Charles (Babarouge/CautionWetPaint) and we were chatting about Myspace, Youtube and other media promotion websites. I remember chatting about Myspace where it has died out because of big record companies taking over. Now we were talking about Youtube and we know that it eventually disappear but will take longer than Myspace but who knows it may last longer than I think and I hope so.

For people who think that everything will remain the same in life generally sadly everything does change in life, we have different politicans.

But I will say Im hoping to keep going with Youtube and have fun in the process which I'm hoping will never end, so Heres hoping YEAH.

Oh yeah I know I said that Twitter is fun a while ago but it has become very distracting.

Finally A Music video that I really like from Ne-Yo its a bit old but really good.

Starting a website (Design On Paper)

OK while I am watching 3rd Rock From The Sun, it made me think about starting my own website, which I am doing a notepad with basic ideas on how to construct my website with the front page then leading into other links that also includes my Youtube Page.

The Pages included so far

- Index (Front Page)
- C.V. Page
- About Me/Biography
- Other Work
- Links
- Interests
- Youtube Experience
- FAQ

Links to other pages
- Youtube Page
- Stickam Page
- Facebook Profile Page
- Myspace Page
- Blog Pages

These are just early ideas at the moment. Im working on my notepad to come out with how to put out the pages. I got the front page design sorted as a first draft and the same with the CV. The other pages are coming soon. Im so glad I did Web Design back in university.

OK for people who dont know my Twitter and who are new to reading my blog

Here is twitter where you can find some regular updates from me - Barry Aldridge Twitter Page

3rd Rock From The Sun FTW.

I received this e-mail from someone called Wordley Productions. Has anyone else had one? Bit Strange but will keep you informed if anything comes of it.

Im really digging 3rd Rock from the Sun, I can not believe how good that show really is. Its one of the funniest sitcoms. I love how the main characters are Aliens just exploring Earth and then they get used to Earth and decide to stay to do some silly antics.

Thought I'll leave you a clip from the show.

President Obama (YES), Elections, Mhazz, Ians Party and More

HOORAY Barack Obama has won the election. I think this is a great day, that true politics is now placed in. Well done this is possibly be one of the greatest days ever. I think anything is possible in this world, if you want to achieve it and thats what it should be.

I wish it was the same over here in the UK where we dont have politicans who aint passionative about their beliefs. I have to agree that one day I would have to go out vote because then I would show an interest at the moment, it doesnt seem to go that way SHAME. But I will vote in the next general election over here no matter what, its really important, I think my family are right about this and I should show interest in it. So for the next prime minister I would vote depending on what they believe in and how they feel on certain things like Economy, war on Iraq and other stuff.

I thought that Dave's blog yesterday made perfect sense about any political situation. So Well done Musicfromblueskies.

I was quite surprised that Mhazz did an entry titled my full name the other day thats all I am going to say on that subject.

OK I was really excited the other day when I got the invite to go to Ians Party which was a big hooray, now there is a problem, I was checking on the train engineering works on where I live and the route between Littlehampton and Chichester which is a key to get to Southampton Central, which sucks though. Trying to find a way around it, now they have a replacement bus going from Littlehampton to Chichester but I saw it could take 45 minutes which really pisses me off. Not sure but will get back to you on that. Hopefully I can who knows. Have to give Ian a ring nearer the time.

Well good news I may do a video today because I am now off the front page which is good. I thought it would be better to do one once it had gone off to show that I aint on youtube for the glory but to show that I am doing it for fun. So there could be one today YEAH if Im in the right mood.

TTFN

Edited (11:30am GMT) - OK I tried to do a video this morning but the idea didnt come out right.

I HAVE CHOSEN A WINNER to Obama Llama Happy Dance Competition. The Winner has been notifyed by Youtube Private Messaging. I may leave a comment just in case because the Youtube Private messanging really sucks lately.

I'll Be Back & Christmas Gathering Update

OK Some of you are wondering why I done a video for the last couple of weeks is because I want the featured video to calm down and be off the front page, so then I could continue as usual.

The earilest for a new video would be Thursday or Friday. Thinking of an idea to talk about that does include the Obama Llama Competition winner which I am near a decision HOORAY.

Ok the second thing is that I have had some feedback on the Christmas Gathering thing in my last entry and people have said they are up to it. Hooray but haven't reached a decision. If it does happen it will be on the 13th of December.

Oh yeah finally I watched Clerks today it is one of my favourite films of all time because it is totally different and is an indie film which makes it creditable to the audience. I may do a proper review soon.

Here's one of my favourite bits from the film

Christmas Gathering???/Traditional Sundays - We Need It

Before I begin todays entry about Sunday.

I was talking to PJ the other week on Skype for a friendly which had Jade as well and he suggested should I do a Christmas Gathering. Well Jade didn't go to one last year. Now I was thinking it would be too soon to the Uncliche Gathering. But the other day I was speaking to Ben1107 on MSN and he thought would you do a Christmas gathering and he said he would come.

Now here's the question and pardon the caps WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE A CHRISTMAS GATHERING in December? If so or not, leave a comment or e-mail me.

RIGHT onto the main blog entry about Sundays.

Now Sundays havent always been a good day to me in the past but I do love sundays nowadays. I see it as a very relaxing and need a day that something different to the rest of the week. I rather have a day that is different to the rest of the week, like saturdays can be different because it is filled with fun but if your a parent you are stuck with very young kids.

Why Im I explaining about sundays because I was reading Dave (Musicfromblueskies) had say (Hope he doesnt mind)

"The first day of the week, or last if you look at it that way, Sunday has become something quite different to the other six. I’m not sure there’s a good enough reason for this. Sometimes it’s nice - the afternoon drinking that I will be missing out on tomorrow is the fault solely of the word ‘drive’ and not of the day, and that can be a very pleasant side to Sundays, especially in the summertime with a BBQ. For some reason it’s acceptable to drink earlier than on other days. But also everything shuts early, if it opens at all. Why? I imagine religion is to blame and that is not a satisfactory explanation for an Atheist who needs a post office. Ah well, I’m sure I’ll get over it. And I do like those Sunday BBQs in the summertime."

I do agree with Dave that religion could something to do why we have sundays in a certain way but Im really glad, otherwise would be the same as the rest of the week. I rather sunday have its own identity. I mean I love going up to London on sundays they are truly awesome because of the times they are open at around noon - 6pm. Now this is to suit people who went out the night before for a party as I went out with my mate the other week til 3am then remembering the clocks went back an hour.

Now Alex Day mentioned in his dairy that he doesn't like the traditional sundays where you cant get post (Which I agree with), cant go to the bakery for food (Which I dont mind) and the travelling early thing can be annoying unless you do it when you have to work in a office in London where you may live 2 hours on the train outside the London.

The reason we need traditional sundays isn't because of religion which Im sort of glad exists but is to help us to get over the previous night before where everyone goes out partying to the next day. Now people will know that I dont drink at all but sometimes I like to go out for a party when I am invited whether it is every week or every once in a while. We need a different day to help you us relax. Now I know sundays can be boring which I agree with but I feel if we get rid of a normal sunday then it would be like any other day, which then I wouldnt know what day it is. I know its dumb I rather have different things happening on a sunday.

I dont think religion will ever disappear at all, it will exist to the end of time sadly. I do believe in God but not in Christainity, Islam and the other religions. I rather Sundays are kept like this even though I know some of you would want sundays to become like the rest of the week especially when it comes to the Public Transport and want to have post on sunday. I rather sundays stay the same, so then it helps the party goers on a saturday night, when they could have lay in for the day and get back on track for monday morning when they go back to work.

Where I live at the moment going to the beach helps me out a lot on a sunday which is awesome to help think about life in general.

Sundays ftw.

OK I took part in an excellent collboration for 3sixty5days to do with Halloween. Its brillant.

Its a brillant piece.

Oh yeah it was also put on singtillidrop's channel but the ending of it was very different.

I do have a funny feeling that 3sixty5days and Mhazz are get together one day, dont ask why???. I have that feeling. Oh Yes Mhazz I saw a comment on yours on Daves blog where you said I born closer to the 70s, blooming cheek. <3 Mhazz.

Bye for now

Oh yeah check out the one below on the Obama Llama Competition Videos.

The Future (Again), Films are a help and Hooking Up

Hey everyone

I have been thinking about the future for a bit. Things can change with me time to time. Now I feel that sometimes if you think of the future, things dont turn out as planned. One tiny little thing can change the whole day in a nutshell. I mean when I did my last video and had a sort of plan for the next video then once something big, it could change your idea. I mean I aint going to be doing a video for a bit until my last one has calmed down. Some of people are thinking that I maybe upset over the hater comments on my video but to be honest, they are more of a laugh and not even thinking about answering them back because it would add more fuel to the fire and thats what they want, so thats not going to happen.

New video will come once I feel ready and once the feature thing has calmed down to minimium which could be a week at least. Which by then I will have forgot about it and do my usual schedule hopefully.

The future is still bright. Im really excited and who knows but I want to find a job which I do find one, it may stop me doing videos on a regular basis which is both good and bad, depending on how I feel.

Ian is going to be hosting a party next week which I am 50/50 on about going it depends on money and other stuff going on. Getting to Southampton would be easy as Tom and Ian have said they could pick up at Southampton Central Station to head Winchester but I will tell them at least 2 days before if I can make it.

Now I have been watching a lot of films lately which is really cool. Wallace & Gromit, Clerks II and can not remember what else but its all good. Films help you to calm down, when you are feeling blue. Plus sitcoms do the trick as well.

OK Finally some of you will be shocked about this, I went back to the Hooking Up Channel you know the programme that is using youtube stars like Sxephill, Kevjumba, WhatTheBuck, Nalts and others in a sort of HBO programme. I am actually starting to like it, It gets better in the later episodes. Shocking isn't it. I have become a fan of Sxephill which will shock some of you. So I will be watching more of Hooking Up in the future.

Now there are times I dont like Youtube for what they feature some of the time but todays one is really good and really funny to watch. Its basically a 1930s type advert taking the mick out of George Foreman's Lean Mean BBQ Machine and its done brillantly. Well it got featured in the UK.

Here's the video

David Tennant Leaves Doctor Who and The Media

Now I dont normally talk about TV Show stories that have appeared in the media, but I thought I may share with you my opinion.

To be honest I am glad that David Tennant, Now before you say that I hated David Tennant, I loved him as the doctor, he was brillant to watch and had a certain charm to him. But I felt it was time for him to leave the show without him becoming a typecast, because he is a fantastic actor that can play many different types of role in the field. Now if he stayed on, he may only be remembered to do Doctor Who. I want to see him do other plays and television shows and admire him as a brillant actor for so many roles than the Doctor.

OK I was reading Alex Day's dairy where I agree with him that it ruins the surprise but The BBC and the media have been ruining surprises on who's leaving and who's coming on Doctor Who for years and years even before its return back in 2005. I think the public see the show as the saviour of television, which I see a lot of it probably 90% of it as crap. I remember years ago when the media ruined the last episode of Friends for each series and I was going mad like a lunatic.

I think the media would think that by spoiling shows they would have get some interest from the public to buy their papers or look at their web sites. Each company wants to be successful and dont care about the consequences. They want the audience so bad, that they would act like whores on the Internet to get interest from the public. With that they dont care about ruining surprises.

Anyway going back to Doctor Who, Now I foresaw this because of Stephen Moffat taking over the running of Doctor Who, now in the past, when someone takes on the Executive Producer they want to do the show in their own way not by the precessdor who came before him/her. I knew a new Doctor would be placed. I think this is an excellent direction to show it going different ways as it could get a lot more darker or more funnier because Stephen Moffat is a master at doing them type of stories.

Thats all guys.

The Best Three Days I Ever Had For A Long Time (Arrons Birthday and Youtube Feature)

Its weird I did a short blog entry last time, it was because I was having so much fun that made me want to enjoy the fun of the day where my Mate Arron's family had arrived for a special Sunday dinner to celebrate Arrons birthday.

Anyway onto the three day thing.

Saturday (25th October 2007)

My brother Roger had come down to see me where I live and I couldn't go to the gathering at the London Eye. I heard some mixed reactions but I had something else going on, where the night before, I told people on my mobile that I couldn't come. Anyway my brother arrived at half 9 to 10 o'clock which was really early. I was glad to see Roger, we were sorting out stuff then we moved onto the Nintendo Wii, where we played Wii Sports for a couple of hours. There was a decision where we were going to go to either Brighton or Worthing. We decided to go to Worthing and it was a good day I was able to get the Young Ones on DVD.

The Young Ones is really good sitcom which was shown in 1982 & 1984. I felt the second series was better than the first but anyway I'm going off track. After buying the DVD Box Set, I went to the pub in Worthing with them to discuss about many different topics including Religion, Politics, Television and the future of the world. It was really good to be with my mum and brother and we had to sort out some stuff including my brothers birthday and Christmas. Anyway I had to head back home to watch the DVD and chill out for a few hours before heading off to Croydon to see Arron for his birthday.

Now during while I was on the train I had been thinking about my future a bit, where I feel like I have done shit for a while and felt the Internet was starting destroy me at the time, I felt that my real life was going great again. I got up to Croydon at around half 10 and met up with Arron, his work pals and his school mates at the George in Croydon. We stayed there until half 12 where we went off to Tiger Tiger. Now Arron was really worried that we wouldn't get in the club because of my trainers but we got in YES.

We stayed there until 3am (after the clocks have gone back) and we headed back to Arron's place. His mates headed back home and I stayed over at Arron's for the night. During the walk back to my mates place I had a thought that I may quit Youtube because I felt there was so much drama and bullshit going on that I couldn't take it anymore. (Sorry to go Emo but thats the truth)

Sunday (26th Of October 2008)

After 4 hours sleep we got both got up and I met Arron's Dad for the first time. We both felt really good, It was Arron's Birthday YES. We decided to head back to Croydon around 11 o'clock to see whats about. Arron kept going on about Fable II the game for the Xbox 360. We looked around a really cold Croydon and I was still wearing the same clothes from yesterday because I didnt bring along any other. OK We had to avoid food in general but we gave in at the end with these Milkshakes that were done using sweets, we had Maltersers Milkshakes. Around 1 o'clock we decided to head back to Arron's place for some tea.

It was about 4 o'clock and I had met up with all of Arron's family for tea and it reminded me of Christmas because how the dinner was set up, which is really awesome. Best thing that happened was a number of different discussions could make it into a sitcom which is really awesome. It was that brillant.

Now around dinner Arron's family and myself gave him his birthday presents, his family got him a Sony camera which looked really awesome.

OK I got him a Football Money Box and the Spaced Collectors Edition DVD.

Hey Guys.

I was speaking to Alan and I told him that he got spotlighted in the Gaming section of UK Youtube for a video that was really good about Biggest Let Down Game that he played.

Here's the video

It was really cool but I had to get going to Bromley to a pub I cant remember my name. Met up with Arron's friend Chris from his old job and they spent the night drinking while I had some coke and then J20 to drink. I had some KFC. KFC is always awesome. OK we were on the way home and Arron was really drunk and I was designated driver in a certain sense. On the bus Arron threw up in his mouth and couldn't speak until we got off the bus so I couldn't understand what he was saying. Once we got off the bus he threw up. We went to bed and his cats kept on at me and couldn't get any sleep.

Monday (27th of October 2008)

I woke up after only 4 hours which sucked worst than the previous day which we went to bed eariler. OK I had weird feelings like I was so tired where the back of my mind was saying, "Something good is going happen" like a vision, I know its crazy. I sometimes feel like I can see the future or sort know what happens I don't know. We decided to head to Mcdonalds for breakfast. Now Arron was still sick and needed some breakfast badly. So we had our breakfast and then headed off to Croydon for a couple of hours and then decided to head home. My mum was surprised I got back home early than originally planned. Now I went to the bath because I had wore the same clothes for three days running. So after a bath I went upstairs to my room. Checking on some stuff.

I was checking through my e-mail and had a couple of comments for my last video "Why Did I Join Youtube?", someone left a comment saying "congrats on the feature" and I went WHAT???, so I went to the video and checked the stats and it said I got Featured.

FEATURED. I SHOUT "YES YES YES YES YES" like a football fan who had seen his team score a brillant goal. Checked the front page of UK Youtube and I GOT FEATURED. I was surprised and shocked, never expected it at all. You have to go to my youtube channel if you ain't seen the video. I am proud of the video but never expected it to get featured. I got Skype messages and text messages from people to say congrats on the feature (Thanks Guys)

Now going out to dinner with my family. I was telling them about my weekend and what happened on youtube earlier that day. I did go to the beach near me before the dinner to reflect on my life. I had achieved all of my goals with Youtube but I will stay on the site because I love it to be honest. Its brilliant.

Anyway the dinner went well and the chat with my family went really well. It was nice to be back home to see my family again.

That's all I got on the three days that I can remember for a very long time.

Bye guys

Barry
